疽愈方促进糖尿病足修复期创面愈合的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Juyufang in Improvement of Wound Healing in Patients with Diabetic Foot during Repair Period
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate curative effect of Juyufang in improvement of wound healing in patients with diabetic foot during repair period. Methods A total of 57 patients with diabetic foot during repair period admitted during February 2015 and November 2016 were divided into treatment group ( n=29 ) and control group ( n=30 ) . Control group received conventional therapy, while treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) Juyufang on the basis of treatment for control group. Improved conditions of wound curative effect indexes and controlling blood glu-cose indexes were observed at 60 d after treatment, and curative effects were evaluated in two groups. Results After treatment, wound curative effect indexes and controlling blood glucose indexes were significantly improved compared with those before treatment in two groups, and the improved condition of wound curative effect indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0. 05). Wound curative and TCM syndrome curative effects in treatment group were better than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion TCM Juyufang on the basis of western medicine treatment can improve wound conditions of patients with diabetic foot during repair period, promote wound tissue growth and im-prove clinical effects.关键词
