基于中医传承辅助平台分析治疗糖尿病足组方规律的研究
Rule Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Diabetic Foot Based on Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform System

Abstract
Objective To analyze prescriptions regularity of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) in treatment of diabetic foot in TCM department of General Hospital of PLA Air Force. Methods Prescriptions of diabetic foot from in-patients admitted during February 2006 and Augest 2016 were collected, and then characters of the prescriptions were an-alyzed by a retrospective study. Results In selected 586 prescriptions, there were 247 kinds of traditional Chinese medi-cines, and the top frequency medications of 15 kind of TCD were Mongolian Milkvetch Root, Chinese Angelica, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge and so on. The highly frequent use of 41 drug combinations included Mongolian Milkvetch Root-Chi-nese Angelica, Mongolian Milkvetch Root-Tuckahoe, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge-Mongolian Milkvetch Root and so on. The highly frequent use of drug combinations on the basis of improving mutual information method included Alisma Orientalis-Shiwei, Sevenlobed Yam Rhizome-Tuckahoe, Cornus officinalis-Euryale Ferox and so on. Conclusion TCM prescrip-tions characteristics in treatment of diabetic foot in TCM department of General Hospital of PLA Air Force mainly are sup-plementing Qi and nourishing Yin, reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen, activating blood circulation and nouris-hing blood, warming Yang and dredging collaterals, and away the heat evil and expelling superficial evils. Characteristics of drug combinations are Qi-blood compatibility, cold-warm compatibility, reinforcing-reducing compatibility, Xin-Gan compatibility and acids-Gan compatibility. Regulation of drug pairs should paid attention to the proof of the whole and lo-cal, insect drugs application and skin diseases or infections in local part of diabetic foot.关键词
