基于数据挖掘的2型糖尿病肾病用药规律分析
Medication Law Analysis of Type-2 Diabetic Nephropathy on the Basis of Data Investigation

Abstract
Objective To analyze medication law of type 2 diabetic nephropathy in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and scientific research of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy was collected, and investigated methods for clinical data such as frequency distribution and association rule analysis were used to analyze the firstly effective prescriptions in the 60 patients and investigate medica-tion law of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Results A total of 60 prescriptions of traditional Chinese drug ( TCD) for type 2 diabetic nephropathy were collected, which had involved 143 kinds of TCD. The top frequency medications of 15 kind of TCD were Astragalus, Fuling, Radix Rehmanniae, Alisma Orientalis, Yam, Cornus, Tree Peony Bark, Angelica, Pyrrosia Lingua, Eupatorium, Fructus Polygoni Orientalis, Euryale Ferox, Dangshen, Earthworm and Prepared Rehman-nia Root in turn. Common prescriptions were Liuwei Dihuang decoction, Shenqi Dihuang decoction, Bixie Fenqing de-coction and so on. The commonly used medicines were tonic drugs, diuretics for eliminating dampness, drug for invigor-ating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and antipyretic drugs. Main drug effects were in spleen and kidney. The highly frequent use of two kinds of drug combinations were Alisma Orientalis→Fuling, Fuling→Astragalus, Radix Reh-manniae →Astragalus and so on. The highly frequent use of three kinds of drug combinations were Fuling+Alisma Orien-talis→Astragalus, Cornus→Astragalus+ Alisma Orientalis, Fuling+ Alisma Orientalis→Cornus and so on. Conclusion Drugs in treatment of diabetic nephropathy mainly are tonic, removing dampness and promoting diuresis, activating blood circulation and clearing-heat drugs, and drug effects mainly are in spleen and kidney. Drug combinations are main-ly based on Shenqi Dihuang decoction. The treatment of diabetic nephropathy should be step by step, Nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction are the main treatment, and clearing-heat, eliminating dampness and detoxication are added at appropriate time. Promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction should be always given during the course of disease.关键词
