中医药治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症临床效果Meta分析
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Pruritus:a Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate efficiency and safety of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) in treatment of patients with diabetic pruritus ( DP) . Methods Clinical randomized controlled trials ( RCT) of TCM in treatment of patients with DP were retrieved for system evaluation in Cochrane, PubMed, SCI, Embase, Wiley, Ovid, CNKI, VIP and CBM databases from database establishment till now. Results A total of 15 RCTs were included for meta-analysis. Results showed that TCM therapy could improve efficiency rate [OR = 5. 59, 95％ CI (3. 85, 8. 11)] and cure rate [OR = 3. 03, 95％ CI (2. 24, 4. 10)], decrease blood glucose level [OR = -0. 37, 95％ CI ( -0. 51, -0. 24)] and relieve itching symptoms [OR = -1. 26, 95％ CI ( -1. 47, -1. 06)] of diabetic pruritus, and no obviously ad-verse events were found. Conclusion TCM therapy can improve clinical efficacy, reduce blood sugar levels and relieve itching symptoms with good safety, but its long-term efficacy and safety need to be proved by further high-quality, large samples and long-term follow-up RCT.关键词
