寻常型银屑病合并代谢综合征与血清脂肪因子Chemerin的相关性研究
A Correlative Study on Serum Adipokines Chemerin in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris Complicated with Meta-bolic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate change of serum adipokines Chemerin level and its related factors in pa-tients with psoriasis vulgaris combined with metabolic syndrome ( PSMS) . Methods A total of 120 patients with psoria-sis vulgaris admitted during December 2015 and October 2016 were divided into observation group ( n=60, PSMS pa-tients) and control group (n=60, psoriasis vulgaris patients). In two groups, general informations were recorded, and metabolic indexes, levels of inflammatory factors and Chemerin levels were detected, and severe degrees of psoriasis were evaluated simultaneously. Results In observation group, levels of body mass index ( BMI ) , waist circumference ( WC) , blood pressure ( BP) , fasting plasma glucose ( FPG) , fasting insulin ( Fins) , insulin resistance index, triglycer-ide ( TG) , total cholesterol ( TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) were significantly higher, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05); levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), damaged skin area of psoriasis, psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score and serum Chemerin level were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Serum Chemerin level was positively correlated with BMI, WC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP, IL-6 and PASI in observation group (P<0. 05). TG, WC, hs-CRP and IL-6 were independent factors of serum Chemerin level (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion Serum Chemerin may affect PSMS pathogenesy and development by involving inflammation process, and its level is closely correlated with obesity, lipid disorders, inflammation and severe degree of psoriasis.关键词
