摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate aquaporin 1 and 3 (AQP1,3) expressions in nasal mucosa tissues of rats with allergic rhinitis and its action mechanism of promoting nasal glands secretion. Methods A total of 40 healthy rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ( n=20 for each group) . Control group was intraperito-neally injected with the same volume of physiological saline, while rats in experimental group were established allergic rhinitis models. Serum ion concentration, AQP1,3 expressions in nasal mucosa tissues and secretion volumes of nasal glands were detected in two groups. Results Compared with those in control group, serum Ca2+ and K+ concentrations were significantly decreased, while Na+ concentration was significantly increased in experimental group (P <0. 01). AQP1,3 values of expression areas and secretion volumes of nasal glands in experimental group were significantly in-creased than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion AQP1,3 expressions in nasal mucosa tissues of rats with allergic rhinitis are increased, and the increased AQP1,3 expressions may be affected secretion volumes of nasal glands.
