华北油田矿区妇女HPV基因型别分布的研究
HPV Genotype Distribution in Females in Mining Area of Huabei Oil Field
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate infection condition of human papillomavirus ( HPV) in married females in mining area of Huabei oil field. Methods Cast-off cells from 11292 female cervical tissues admitted during March 2015 to March 2017 were performed high risk HPV genotype detection in the area. Infection conditions of different age groups were analyzed. Results In the study, 2000 patients showed positive results of HPV (17. 71％). In patients less than 25-year-old and more than 55-year-old groups, the total rate of HPV infection was significantly higher, but the multiple infection rate was significantly lower than those in other age groups (P<0. 05). There were no significant differences in positive rates of five high-risk HPV subtypes in all age groups (P> 0. 05). Positive rates of HPV16 and HPV25 were significantly higher than those of other genotypes in patients less than 25-year-old group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The HPV16 and HPV25 are the main HPV infection subtypes in the area, and the total rate of HPV infection are higher in pa-tients less than 25-year-old and more than 55-year-old groups. It is important to pay attention to screening high risk HPV genotype for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer early.关键词
