Effects of Different Doses of Atorvastatin Calcium on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Blood Lipid Levels of Mi-crohemorrhage Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of different doses of Atorvastatin Calcium on serum inflammatory factors and blood lipid levels of microhemorrhage patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Clinical data of 87 microhemorrhage patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted during February 2014 and August 2016 was analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were divided into intensive lipid-lowering group (n=29), standard lipid-lowering group (n=29) and weakening lipid-lowering group (n=29) according to different doses of Atorvastatin Calci-um. All patients received conventional therapies, and then the intensive lipid-lowering, standard lipid-lowering and weakening lipid-lowering groups were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium 40 mg/d, 20 mg/d and 10mg/d respectively. In-flammatory factors levels, serum total cholesterol ( TC) level, low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) level, location and number changes of brain microhemorrhage were observed before and after treatment, and incidence rates of adverse reactions were analyzed in two groups. Results After treatment, levels of inflammatory factors in intensive and standard lipid-lowering groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups and in weakening lipid-lower-ing group, and the levels in intensive lipid lowering group were significantly lower than those in standard lipid-lowering group (P<0. 05);LDL and TC levels in intensive and standard lipid-lowering groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups and in weakening lipid-lowering group (P<0. 05), and levels in intensive lipid lower-ing group were significantly lower than those in standard lipid-lowering group (P <0. 05). There were no significant differences in number of microhemorrhage focuses before and after treatment among the three groups (P>0. 05). There were no significant differences in incidence rates of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin intensive lipid lowering may improve blood lipid level and reduce secretion of inflammatory factors without ob-vious effect on cerebral microhemorrhage by short-term blood lipid regulation in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and therefore it can be used as an effective drug to prevent ischemic cerebrovascular disease.关键词
