全产程分娩镇痛与第一产程分娩镇痛对母婴结局的影响对比
Effect Comparison between Total Stage of Labor Analgesia and the First Stage of Labor Analgesia on Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of total stage of labor analgesia and the first stage of labor analgesia on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods A total of 438 women with vaginal delivery during February 2015 and No-vember 2016 were divided into the first stage of labor analgesia group (group A, n=88) and total stage of labor analgesia group (group B, n=350) according to different analgesia methods. In two groups, pain conditions, the final delivery mode and rate of transferred cesarean section were compared, and Apgar scores of newborns at 1 min and 5 min after birth were evaluated. Results In group A, visual analogue scales ( VAS) score in the second stage and rate of transferred ce-sarean section were significantly higher than those in group B (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). There were no significant differ-ences in birth weight, Apgar scores of newborns at 1 min and 5 min after birth between two groups (P>0. 05). Conclu-sion The total stage of labor analgesia may effectively reduce maternal pain degree of the second stage of labor and rate of transferred cesarean section.关键词
