基于遗传算法的AR谱极点频率优化方法及应用
Optimization Method and Application of AR Spectrum Pole Frequency Based on Genetic Algorithm

Abstract
A bearing condition monitoring method based on autoregressive (AR)modeling techniques and pole-related spectral decomposition had a great advantage automatic detection,but the AR spectrum it-self was deeply affected by the order of the spectrum,estimation method and sample points which caused the deviation of the fault frequencies and pole and resulted in misj udgment of the fault in the fault detec-tion process.A genetic algorithm-based optimization method for AR spectral pole was proposed that use genetic algorithms to optimize pole AR spectrum to arrive at optimum valence and sample points,so that the pole AR spectrum and its corresponding fault frequencies closer,allowing more accurate fault detec-tion.At last,the method achieved good results by the experimental validation of the inner race fault sig-nal data so as to provide a reliable guarantee for the order and sample points of the AR spectrum.关键词
