Regulation Factors Affecting Brown Adipose Tissue Metabolism and Their Applications
摘要
Abstract
There are two main types of fat tissue,one is white adipose tissue and the other is brown adipose tissue.The brown adipose tissue(BAT),which contains rich capillaries,is brown.A large number of small lipid droplets are scattered in adipocytes whose mitochondria are large and abundant,and there is a round nucleus in the central area of a cell.The research on the physiological function of brown adipose tissue and its influencing factors revealed the importance of brown adipose tissue in expanding its niche and adapting to sudden change of environment and raising the survival rate of young animals.The relationship between white adipose tissue and the white fat can provide an idea and reference for the treatment of obesity and the regulation of intramuscular fat content in meat animals.This article reviews research progresses in brown adipose tissue at home and abroad,especially in the discovery processes,regulation factors and applications,and summarizes the three aspects of brown fat in future such as human obesity and animal breeding in meat quality and growth metabolism.关键词
