肉羊运输应激及其危害
Analysis on the Transportation Stress of Mutton Sheep and its Harm
摘要
Abstract
Mutton sheep transportation has aroused people's attention,the problem of long distance transportation has brought forth serious problems,therefore,how to reduce the mutton sheep transportation stress has become a hot research topic.In the course of carriage,the stress factor may cause a decline in antibody levels in the body,triggering the body's weakening immune ability and disease-resistance.Based on the experience of predecessors’ research and a detailed description of the model,the paper further analyzed the negative effect of transportation stress on the production performance and product quality.Related studies have shown if mishandled the transport stress,muscle tissue fluid will leak and the muscle will become pale,even resulting in death.关键词
