Abstract
Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of page cache caused by frequent switching between plaintext and ci?phertext page cache when there are authorized and unauthorized processes accessing files in existed transparent cryptographic file?system. This paper presents a transparent encryption file system based on double caching. By setting two separate page caches in the Linux kernel,both authorized and unauthorized processes can use this two page cache area separately. As the result,the total count of encryption and decryption is lessened. The whole transparent cryptographic filesystem's performance will be improved. At last this paper sets up an experiment and verifies that the double-cache based transparent cryptographic filesystem can significantly improve the performance of the transparent cryptographic filesystem.关键词
