摘要

Abstract

The wrong sitting posture can cause diseases like nearsightedness and spinal related disease. In order to solve this problem,an intelligent detecting instrument for sitting posture is designed. The shells of the intelligent detecting instrument with sad?dle surfaces are printed by 3D printer. Arduino UNO is chosen as the main controller. Man-machine interaction can be realized by a USART HMI serial port screen. Four touch switches and 3 pairs ultrasonic wave sensors are used to get sitting posture information. The data got by ultrasonic wave sensors are calculated by filtering algorithm. Whether the sitting posture is right or wrong is judged by the standard deviation of the distances measured by the ultrasonic wave sensors. The buzzer sounds when the sitting posture is wrong. Test results show that the intelligent sitting position detector works reliability.
