高应力综放面区段煤柱合理宽度与控制技术
Reasonable segment pillar width and its control technology for fully mechanized top-coal caving face with high stress

Abstract
To address challenges which are serious deformations of the roadway surrounding rock in the fully mechanized top-coal caving mining face, comprehensive methods include theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test were used to analyze the problem of segment pillar design and con-trol in ZF201 working face of Jiangjiahe coal mine. The results indicate that the stability of coal pillar is mainly affected by the basic roof fracture and the multi-mining induced effects. With the increase of coal pillar width, the stress concentration area is transferred from the solid coal to the middle pillar and the plastic zone developing from the two sides into the central section with a "X" penetration trend. Considering the roadway stability and safe and efficient mining, the reasonable coal pillar width was optimized to be 18 m. With the application of resin-length bolts and cables reinforcing combined sup-port system, the field monitoring indicated that the coal pillar bear an asymmetrical "double-peak" type stress distribution and a good control effect for the roadway surrounding rock was achieved. The re-search results have been successfully applied in field practices, which provide a beneficial model for roadway layout with similar conditions.关键词
