U型约束混凝土补强机制研究及应用
Study and application of strengthen mechanism of U-type confined concrete

Abstract
The problem of lack of bearing capacity of traditional arch centering of late stage could be solved by U-type confined concrete arch centering effectively. But the grouting holes could reduce the bearing capacity. It becomes the key part of the U-type confined concrete arch centering and should be strengthened. In order to study the mechanical properties of U-type confined concrete arch centering with grouting holes, the short cylinders of U-type confined concrete with grouting holes are analyzed. The indexes of strength α and economic β are used to study the mechanical properties under three types of strengthen and various strengthen plate thickness. The study result shows that the reinforcement way with a vertical plate could improve the capacity of short cylinder up to 115.6%; the reinforcement way with two horizontal plates could improve the capacity of short cylinder up to 105.8%; and the rein-forcement way with a square steel disc with a hole could improve the capacity of short cylinder up to 103.8%, respectively. When the strengthen plate thickness ranges from 14 mm to 22 mm, the index of economic β for the reinforcement way with a vertical plate reaches its peak value. The reinforcement way with a vertical plate is verified by a full scale model experiment and then it is applied in engineer-ing and shows good effects.关键词
