段王矿煤层注水可注性指标实验与预判
Pre-judgement and index experiment on the water injection feasibility of coal seam in Duanwang mine
摘要
Abstract
To improve the dust-control effects of Duanwang mine,this paper carried out research on the feasibility of coal seam water injection.Through field survey of two primary mineable coal beds:8+9# and 15#,and experimental determining the 4 indicators of the coal sample,including original water,porosity,water absorption and firmness coefficient,the determining results show that the two coal seams are both fit for the water injection.To pre-judgement the water injection effects,the wetting angle of coal was experimentally determined,and obtained wetting angle of two coal seams are both less than ninety degree,indicating the good wettability of coal which is beneficial for dust-proofing,and there's no need to add wetting agent when water injection.With the comprehensive consideration of coal seam fracture degree,wetting angle,saturated moisture increment,firmness coefficient,buried depth and other factors,and by using the cluster analysis method,this paper performed empirical evaluation on comprehensive difficult degree of future water injection,and pointed out that the two coal seams are both belong to the clustering category of easy to water injecting.According to gas extraction borehole layout of actual dense,relevant technical pattern and technological parameter of water injection was established in addition to considering and utilizing gas extraction hole.关键词
