瓦斯涌出量的AFSA-ELM预测模型

摘要
Abstract
To predict gas emission accurately,AFSA-ELM forecasting model for gas emission is proposed.This model uses AFSA to optimize the input connection weights and threshold of ELM hidden layer.In order to improve its generalization ability,the mean of root-mean-square error of 10 times 10 fold cross-validation is used to be the objective function value of AFSA.Forecasting experiment is performed on 18 groups of gas emission data.The result shows that performance of ELM has been optimized by AFSA,and AFSA-ELM forecasting model has a higher degree of fitting,better prediction accuracy and generalization ability.The result proves that AFSA-ELM model can perform the prediction of gas emission effectively.关键词
