钢丝绳网三维细观几何与参数化实体建模
Micro geometry model and parameterized solid modeling of steel wire net

Abstract
Abstrict:In order to establish three-dimensional (3D) micromechanical model of steel wire net and realize model parametric,this paper used a single wire rope of steel wire net as the basic unit,and adopted coordinate transforming theory to set up the 3D geometric parameter model that contains wire rope core wire and side wire.Then,according to the braided relationship between each wire rope,the geometric parameters model of steel wire net was built,and then using Pro/E accomplished the 3D modeling design of steel wire net,which is based on the established parameter model.The results can provide a reference for analysis of wire rope net mechanical characteritics and preparatory work of strength and structual parameter optimization.关键词
