摘要

Abstract

The convention maximum power point tracking(MPPT) methods fail to work under partially shaded conditions,because multiple local maximum can be exhibited on the P-U curve.This paper proposed an improved multiple-peak MPPT method which is based on dual mutation strategy differential evolution algorithm.The algorithm fitrst used DE/rand/1 mutation strategy,which has a good global search capability,thus can avoid algorithm fell into local optimum;then utilized DE/best/1 to improve search speed and precision.Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can find the global maximum power point accurately.The proposed MPPT algorithm can effectively improve efficiency of PV system under complicated working conditions.
