摘要
Abstract
The product model of the back plate of car seat was designed by Pro/E software.Then,the mold flow analysis was carried out by Moldflow software.Two different casting schemes were designed to compare the influence of the two point hot runner and the three point hot runner on the molding quality of the product.The cavitation,shrinkage index and warping deformation of the product and the casting system and cooling system of the mould were analyzed.The results show that the pouring scheme of the two point hot runner is more reasonable than the scheme of the three point hot runner,which provides the theoretical basis for mould design.关键词
