摘要

Abstract

A large injection mould of a toolbox plastic cover was designed based on the analysis of the problems and defects of the mould processing,combining with the processing methods of the large mould and the key technology in the process of mould design.Its working principle is that the core pulling operation is carried out inside the mould through the use of a fixed-model slanted pushing rod and the air inside the mould is extruded by using the gap near the exhaust rod.The design of the mould structure is rational and the work is stable.
