Abstract
An precision plastic mould for export was designed.The rational injection points was obtained through the simulation of plastic moulding process with Moldflow software to avoid later gate changing.The mould structure,especially the design of the secondary core pulling mechanism is introduced detailedly.This mould has compact and reasonable structure,runs smoothly and stablely under mass production,and the cost saving is achieved under the condition of the assurance of moulding quality and production efficiency.关键词
