摘要

Abstract

The stamping process of CPU stiffener plate was analyzed based on the structural characteristics,and the solution of progressive stamping was proposed according to the automatic feeding,which provided the "feeding" and "resetting" in the horizontal direction and the "clamping" and "releasing" in the front and back directions.The layout designed with 12 stamping steps and the reasonable die structure were also specified.It is proved that the stamping process is reasonable and the product quality is stable,which can increase production efficiency.
