摘要

Abstract

A kind of deep hole die including the die and the lower die is designed through the calculation of the part size and the blanking force and the analysis of the two sets of processing circular hole in the connection block parts whose apertures are 2.5 mm,3.2 mm and hole margins are 3 mm,3.25 mm respectively.The die is characterized by the straightthrough structure which can avoid the hidden danger caused by the long punching freedom and the anti-swelling structure is used to solve the phenomenon of punching and expanding.The production efficiency can get well improved because of the punching process replacing drilling and the one blanking forming no longer needing second clamping.
