摘要

Abstract

For the stamping process design of a certain type of car beam bracket,the forming limit diagram and thinning ratio in the forming process were predicted with the help of FASTAMP.The phenomcnon of wrinkling and drawing can be prevented by reasonable drawing process design.At the same time,thc overall structural scheme of drawing die was designed with UG software.And the designed stamping die was checked with assembling and production trial.The cloud data of the stamped part was obtained by using 3D scanner.The value conforming to the connection was obtained by using the Geomagic_Control X software which verify the rationality of stamping dic design.
