摘要

Abstract

The stamping process of a skylight inside board of an automobile is considered,which is characterized by higher surface accuracy requirement of the flanging parts,being prone to springback and strict assembly requirements.After comparing the advantages and the process design by traditional and modern methods,Autoform software is used to analyze the stamping process of the panel,the defects such as thinning,cracking, wrinkling,springback and so on are predicted.Then the die was designed and improved by trial forming.The products finally meet the requirements of customers.
