摘要

Abstract

During the NC milling processing of die components,it is a common phenomenon that the programming can not be directly completed by using the instruction format offered by the system because of the limitation of tools.It will require huge workload and take lots of time by using CAD/CAM software to construct the solid modeling and generate the program.The programming and processing of parts can be completed quickly by using macro program proficiently which can give full play to the potential of NC processing.The application of dynamic cutter compensation based on the macro variables could simplify the program,reduce the risk of errors,achieve the continuous processing and improve the efficiency of production when it was used in the margin control of rough and finish machining and corner rounding.
