摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of searching the collaterals to expel blood stasis methods for treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Total 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,60 cases in each gruop,the control group treated with diclofenac sodium double release intestine-sol capsules and mecobalamin tablets, while the observation group treated with Shenbi Decoction for 3 weeks. After 3 monthes follow-up visit,VAS and JOA scores,curative effects of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results:The VAS and JOA scores of the two groups after treatment and the last follow-up visit were both improved significantly(P<0.05) compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,there were no statistical significance of the clinical efficacy between the observation group and control group(P>0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group during the last follow up visit ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Searching the collaterals to expel bloo d stasis method could improve the clinical symptoms and signs caused by lumbar disc herniation.
