三才灸法改善痰湿质高血压前期临床研究
Clinical Study on Three-level Acupuncture Improving Phlegm Dampness Constitution of Patients with Prehypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of three-level acupuncture on phlegm dampness con-stitution of patients with prehypertension and emphasize the roles of physical identification in the treatment. Methods:Total 80 patients with phlegm dampness constitution of prehypertension were divided into the health management group and preliminary experimental group,40 cases in each group by simple random di-vision method. The health management group was guided by the healthy way while the preliminary experi-mental group was added three-level acupuncture based on health management. Results:After two months treatment,the phlegm-dampness quantization scores in the health management group and preliminary experi-mental group had statistical signifinance(P<0.05). After treatment,the blood pressure in the two groups had both been improved and the effective rate in the preliminary experimental group was better with statistical significance ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Three-level acupuncture has good effect on treating phlegm dampness constitution of prehypertension.关键词
