摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the microbial limit test methods for Huoxue Tongluo Liniment to ensure the method accurate and reliable. Methods:Using staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,bacillus subtilis,candida albicans,aspergillus niger to validate the counting method of total aerobic bacteria,mold and yeast. Using staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa to validate bacteria control checking method. Results:Using the routine method and medium dilution method,the recovery rates of staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were lower than 0.5 which was 0.5～2.0 when using membrane filtration method. Using the routine method,we can detect staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Con-clusion:Microbial limits test for Huoxue Tongluo Liniment must use membrane filtration method to count total aerobic bacteria,use the routine method to count mold and yeast and check the staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.关键词
