摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between reproductive hormone levels and sperm quality in male infertility patients. Methods:The data of reproductive hormone levels and semen analysis in 200 male infertility patients in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2017 were analyzed.According to the sperm normal morphology percentage, the patients were divided into group A (<4%),group B (≥4% and<10%) and group C (≥10 %).The FSH,LH and testosterone (T) levels were compared among the three groups.According to the reproductive hormone levels, the patients were divided into normal group and abnormal group. The sperm density, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and sperm morphology normal rate were compared among the groups, and the correlation between reproductive hormone levels and sperm quality was analyzed. Results:The FSH,LH,T levels in A,B and C group showed a significant upward trend (P<0.05).The sperm density [(13.21 ± 7.09) vs.(24.95 ± 10.72) 106/ml],sperm motility[(35.83 ± 11.17) % vs.(53.74 ±15.86) %],sperm survival rate [(48.79±8.95)% vs.(59.64±10.21)%],sperm normal morphology rate [(6.13±1.85) % vs.(10.56±4.29)%] were significantly lower in abnormal reproductive hormone level group than those in normal reproductive hormone level group (P< 0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the sperm density, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and sperm normal morphology rate were significantly correlated with serum reproductive hormone levels (P<0.05).Conclusions:The sperm density, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and sperm normal morphology rate are significantly related to reproductive hormone levels.Detection of reproductive hormone combined with semen analysis can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.关键词
