摘要

Abstract

This study was designed to elucidate the immuno-enhancement effects of Radix pseudostellariae stem and leaf polysaccharide (RPSLP) in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) treatment.100 mice were randomly divided,the immunosuppressed mice were given CY via intraperitoneal injection.Then the ratio of splenocytesproliferation in immunosuppressed mice was assayed and the immunological indexes in serum of mice were detected.The results showed that compared with CY model group,the spleen index in RPSLP group of mice was significantly decreased (P < 0.01);the thymus index,phagocytic index,splenocyte proliferation,immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM),complement (C3,C4) and cytokines (IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IFN-γ) content were significantly increased in different degree (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).In conclusion,RPSLP enhanced the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by CY treatment.
