非均匀张力作用下运动矩形薄膜振动控制研究
Vibration control of moving rectangular membranes under variable tension
摘要
Abstract
The axial motion printing membrane under non-uniform tension is studied,with a computing model established for the axially moving printing membrane under variable tension.The differential equations to the axially moving membrane under variable tension are derived.With the discretization dynamic equations to the moving printing membrane obtained by using the finite-difference method,the state equations for the vibration control system are derived.The suboptimal vibration control method is applied to the study of the transverse vibration control of the moving membrane.The research results show that the vibration of the membrane can be controlled effectively within a short time by using the suboptimal vibration control method,so as to improve the quality of printed products.A comparison of different tension coefficient response curves shows that the control effect is better when the tension coefficient decreases.The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for improving the work stability of printing equipment.关键词
