摘要
Abstract
Oxidative stress is a stress injury of oxidant/antioxidant imbalance,which is caused by excess intracellular reactive oxygen species.Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic,progressive and fibrous interstitial disease,which is characterized by epithelial damage and myofibroblast activation induced by excessive extracellular matrix collagen deposition in the distal pulmonary interstitium.The exact pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis remains elusive.In recent years,multiple studies have demonstrated that oxidative stress plays a pivotal role in the formation of pulmonary fibrosis.Oxidative stress can also induce the apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells,which is probably a vital factor for the early incidence and progression of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.This article summarized the research progress on the oxidative stress and alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis during pulmonary fibrosis.关键词
