大麻药地上部分的化学成分研究
A study of the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Dolichos falcata Klein
摘要
Abstract
Dolichos falcata Klein (family Leguminosae) has been one of the most popular folk medicines used by the Yi people in Yunnan province of China since ancient times.Using the silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC et al,the phytochemical investigation on the chemical constituents of ethanol extracts from the aerial part of Dolichos falcata Klein led to the isolation of 10 natural products.The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of the spectral data and physiochemical properties.Their structures were identified as (1) methyl phaseate,(2) (+)-dehydrovomifoliol,(3) methyl 2,4-dihydroxybenzoate,(4) 1-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethanone,(5) cinnamic acid,(6) methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate,(7) 3,5-dihydroxycinnamicacid,(8) 2-hydroxybenzoic acid,(9) 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde,and (10) hexanedioic acid monoethyl ester.All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.关键词
