Abstract
Fluorine- containing fabric finishing agent has outstanding performance and wide- ranging uses. However, because of its great harm to human health and ecological environment, its application was strictly limited. In the last decade, with the increasing research on their toxicological properties and toxicity in detail, these finishing agents caused wider global concern, and more strictly control new regulations formulated, which greatly promoted the development of novel fluorinated and non fluorinated substitutes. At the same time, some new problems had been found. In the last decade, the reasons for production of PFOS and PFOA during the manufacturing process and application, the harmfulness of PFOS and PFOA, the new laws and regu-lations regarding management and control of PFOS and PFOA, and the new adance in the alternatives to banned fluorine- containing fabric finishing agent and their new problems were described.关键词
