PI/ZnO/Co3O4复合薄膜的制备及光催化性能研究
Preparation and photocatalytic properties of PI/ZnO/Co3O4 ternary films

Abstract
PI/ZnO/Co3O4 composite film with polyimide (PI) film as carrier was prepared by ion exchange method using cobalt nitrate, zinc nitrate as source of zinc and cobalt source. The composite films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X ray fluorescence (XRF) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Photocatalytic properties of composite thin films was studied using methylene blue as organic polutant. The results showed that ZnO of hexagonal wurtzite structure ion and Co3O4 of cubic structure were successfully loaded on the PI surface by ion exchange method, and the particle size reached the nanometer level. When the molar ratio of Co2+ and Zn2+ was 3:7, the time of ion exchange was 1.5 h, heating up to 460 ℃ and holding 2 h, the photocatalytic activity of the composite film was the best. When degradation time was 2 h, the degradation rate of methylene blue reached 98%.关键词
