目的 建立风湿痹痛胶囊中异欧前胡素的含量测定方法,并考察不同剂量60Co辐照对其含量的影响.方法 Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(41:59)为流动相,检测波长为310 nm,流速1.0 mL?min-1,柱温30℃.结果 异欧前胡素在3.66896～183.448μg?mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率96.42％,RSD=2.61％;辐照剂量2,5和10 kGy对该成…查看全部>>
Objective To establish a method for isoimperatorin in Fengshi Bitong capsule and to study the effects of different doses of 60Co irradiation on the content of isoimperatorin.
