摘要

Abstract

Cavitation is one of the main factors that affect the performance of the axial piston pump,which will cause the internal impact and noise,and even failure of the axial piston pump.A dynamic model of fluid field in axial piston pump is established by Pumplinx.The variations of flow field velocity,pressure and cavitation with time in the unloading slot and the waist groove of the axial piston pump distribution plate are analyzed by the simulation.The results show that the cavitation not only affects the high and low pressure transition zone of the unloading groove of the valve plate,but also has a serious impact on the inner wall of the waist groove on the inlet side of the valve plate.Finally,we verify the accuracy of the simulation results by comparing the metal denudation area of the inner wall of the waist groove of the valve plate of full displacement under 35 MPa in the process of durability test.
