摘要

Abstract

Intelligent hydraulic power unit consists of a hydraulic cylinder,the energy device,the control adjustment device,the condition monitoring device and the auxiliary device.Intelligent hydraulic power unit adopts the technology of direct drive volume control,and has the advantages of energy-saving,high efficiency,intelligent independent control,highly integration,versatility and high cost-performance ratio.Key design elements of intelligent hydraulic power unit are pointed out.By establishing a system mathematical model,the design parameters that affect system dynamic performance are analyzed.A fuzzy PID controller is designed for intelligent hydraulic power unit,and the feasibility of the design method and fuzzy PID controller is verified by carrying out an AMESim/Simulink joint simulation and building an intelligent hydraulic power unit experiment platform.
