Abstract
Objective To discuss the improvement effect of middle and lower face ptosis by burying PPDO threads. Methods The position and quantity of the PPDO threads according to the face sagging circumstance to determine. The PPDO threads were placed in the temporal hair line and the front edges of ears, were buried in the SMAS. Pulled the lines and cuted off the end of PPDO threads. Results 35 cases with middle and lower face ptosis were treated successfully and the face ptosis improved greatly. Followed up for 3 months to 1 year (average 9 months) with sustained aesthetic results, the skin of faces were smooth and the lines were not touchable. Conclusion Applying the PPDO threads buried in the middle and lower face, it can effectively improve the face ptosis, has stable effects and less complications, which is worth to be spread.关键词
