Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of platelet rich plasma(PRP) combined with autologous fat-free transplantation in the filling of facial depression, and analysis of its complications. Methods In 65 patients, the autologous fat was obtained from the inside of thigh root and purified. Venous blood was collected and processed to obtain PRP, PRP was mixed with autologous fat in proportion 1:3 and then injected into facial depression. Results All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. 64 cases were satisfied with the postoperative effect, one case was no significant improvement and second operations were filled six months after the operation. All patients did not appeared fat liquefaction, infection, necrosis, hematoma, nodules and other complications. Conclusion The application of PRP combined with autologous fat free transplantation in facial filling is effective, with controllable complications, and increased fat survival rate, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
