摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the prognosis of patients with soft tissue defect of hand repaired with abdominal pedicle flap. Methods 60 patients with soft tissue defect of hand who were repaired with abdominal pedicled flap in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected for the research. All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional intervention,the observation group were treated with comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group. The hand sensory function, movement function and joint motion range of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The hand sensory function, movement function and joint motion range of two groups before the intervention were compared, the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05). The hand sensory function, movement function and joint motion range of the observation group at second and forth weeks after the intervention were improved, and significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the comprehensive intervention on the recovery of the patients with soft tissue defect of the hand with abdominal pedicle flap is better, and the clinical value is high.关键词
