Abstract
This paper reviews the development history of agro-products quality and safety in China. The achievements of standardization system, monitoring technology, whole process supervision ability and the responsibility implementation were summarized. And the current situation of the agro-products quality and safety in China is analyzed. In view of the current problems and challenges of the agro-products quality and safety industry in China, the development trend of the science and technology of agro-product quality and safety were discussed and emulated.关键词
