摘要
Abstract
We reviewed the 2015 AHA guidelines update for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in detail from multiple perspectives,in order to help the CPR education institutions and related healthcare providers in China deeply understand the current best evidence and latest developments in CPR education,by which the scientific implementation of CPR can be promoted and the implementation benefits can be improved.This article contains the use of feedback devices,the use of high-fidelity manikins,a combination of self-instruction and hands-on training,training of the use of automated external defibrillator (AED),training with a focus on leadership and teamwork skills,chest compression-only CPR training in communities,high-frequency training,training for primary caregivers for high-risk patients,principles and strategy for CPR education,specific themes for future CPR education research and obstacles for performing CPR outside hospital.关键词
