河南地区结直肠癌发病特征分析
Epidemiological Characteristics of Colorectal Cancer in Henan during 2011—2015

Abstract
Objective To statistically analyze the epidemiological characteristics of colorectal cancer in Henan Province during 2011—2015, with a view to providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in this area. Methods We enrolled 8820 cases who were pathologically diagnosed as colorectal cancer and underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan Provincial People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM or Zhengzhou Central Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. By reviewing the medical records, we collected their clinical data〔sex, age, family history of cancer, history of smoking (smoking everyday for over one year), prevalence of complications, size, stage, histological type, gross type, degree of differentiation and location of tumor〕 and analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of colorectal cancer.Results In Henan Province from January 2011 to December 2015, the male-female ratio of colorectal cancer was 1.269:1; the ratio of patients aged 60 or older to those younger than 60 was 1.096: 1; the stages of colorectal cancer mainly were stage Ⅱ (3059 cases) and Ⅲ (3232 cases); the main histological type was adenocarcinoma (6924 cases); ulcer type (5706 cases) constituted the majority of gross types; most cases had moderately differentiated colorectal cancer (7003 cases); cancer was located in rectum in most cases (5029 cases). The incidence of colorectal cancer in 2015 was 27.1％.Conclusion During this period in Henan, colorectal cancer in most cases were stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ ; moderate differentiation with moderate malignancy accounted for the major part; the incidence of rectal cancer was higher than that of colon cancer.关键词
