我国11个省份山羊关节炎-脑炎与绵羊进行性肺炎的血清抗体检测
Serological investigation of caprine arthritis encephalitis and ovine progressive pneumoniina in 11 provinces of China
摘要
Abstract
Goat and sheep serum antibodies were detected by competition ELISA(C-ELISA) in order to understand the prevalence of caprine arthritis encephalitis(CAE) and ovine progressive pneumoniina (OPP) in China.A total of 2 083 goat sera were detected,8 were positive serum for CAE antibody and the positive rate was 0.38％.A total of 1 339 sheep sera were detected,6 were positive serum for 0PP and the positive rate was 0.45％.According to the different sources of goats,the field scale positive rate of CAE was 0.51％,and the farmers positive rate was 0.50％.Field scale positive rate of OPP was 0.53％,and the farmers positive rate was 0.12％.According to the different breeding methods of goats,the livestock farming positive rate of CAE was 0.41％,the semi-livestock farming positive rate was 0.35％,and the grazing goat positive rate was 0.35％.The livestock farming positive rate of OPP was 0.48％,the semi-livestock farming positive rate was 0.26％,and the grazing sheep positive rate was 0.85％.The results showed that there was infection of CAE and OPP in goats and sheep in China,but the prevalence rate was low.关键词
