桔梗皂苷D对小鼠脾淋巴细胞免疫调节活性的研究
Immunomodulatory activities of platycodin D on mice spleen lymphocytes
摘要
Abstract
The study investigated the effects of platycodin D on the proliferation,secretion of cytokines IL-2 and IL-4,cell surface markers and cell cycle of splenic lymphocytes in mice.Mice splenic lymphocytes were stimulated with platycodin D,the effects of platycodin D on proliferation of splenic lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay.The effects of platycodin D on secretion of cytokines IL-2 and IL-4 in splenic lymphocytes was detected by ELISA.The effects of platycodin D on the cell surface marker and cell cycle of splenic lymphocyte were determined by flow cytometry.The results showed that platycodin D could increase the stimulation index of spleen lymphocytes,induce the secretion of IL-2 and IL-4 in splenic lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4+/CD8 + in splenic lymphocytes,and promote splenic lymphocytes to enter S phase from G0/G1 phase.Platycodin D could promote the proliferation of mice splenic lymphocytes,induce the secretion of cytokines,increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ subgroups,promote the cells to enter DNAsynthesis stage,and have strong immunoregulatory activities in a certain concentration range.关键词
