摘要

Abstract

The in vitro release behavior of florfenicol microcapsules was investigated in phosphate buffer solution(pH6.8) containing 5mL/LTween 80and compared with florfenicol bulk drug.The release model of florfenicol microcapsules was also fitted.The results showed that florfenicol bulk drug was almost totally released at 15 min,but the drug release of the two self-prepared florfenicol microcapsules could sustain to 4 h.The cumulative release rate of sample 2 was also found to be slower than that of sample 1.And the release profile of self-prepared microcapsules of sample land 2 conformed to RitgerPeppas equation and First-order equation,respectively.In conclusion,the two self-prepared florfenicol microcapsules exhibited sustained release effects with different release mechanisms,providing a reference to future clinical studies and use of the self-prepared florfenicol microcapsules.
